Holly Ross, MDDr. Holly Ross has been appointed Medical Director, only the third in Packard Health's 40 years. She leads the development of our Quality Assurance plan, chairs the Quality Committee, and is leading the transition to certified Electronic Health Records. She completed a residency in Family Practice at the University of Michigan Health System (UMHS). Prior to her residency, Dr. Ross practiced family medicine in Vermont and from 2001- 2004, served in the United States Navy as a flight surgeon. She has a special interest in sports medicine, care of chronic conditions, women's health, and the care of veterans and their families.
Emily Brunner, MDIn addition to her work at Packard Health, Dr. Emily Brunner has been appointed Medical Director of Home of New Vision's Detoxification Program. Dr. Brunner is a graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School and completed her residency at the University's Family Medicine program. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is currently working toward her Board Certification in Addiction Medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice and the American Society of Addiction Medicine.
Colleen Dolan, MSN, APRN, FNP-CA board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Colleen earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Eastern Michigan University and a master's degree from The University of Cincinnati. She worked as a staff nurse at Mott Children's hospital, at Arbor Hospice as a nurse case manager (pediatric and adult patient populations) and most recently at Arbor Palliative care as a Nurse Practitioner.

Agnes Rice-Byrne, RN, OCN Agnes serves as Packard Health's Case Manager and triage nurse. She is a 1991 graduate of Wayne County Community College School of Nursing and her nursing experience includes primary care nursing, cancer nursing, case management, home health, LTC and triage nursing. Her interests include cancer nursing, care of the elderly, and working with the substance abuse/mental health population. She holds a certification as an Oncology nurse and is currently working towards her certification in case management.
Haidar Al-Mohammad, BS Health Admin., Patient AdvocateHaidar, a Packard Health Patient Advocate, assists patients with the Health Care Marketplace, as well as with Medicaid enrollment. He has a degree in health administration from Eastern Michigan University, a program focusing on the rapidly changing forms of health care delivery, health care reform, health care for the indigent and services to special populations. Haidar is a fluent in Arabic and also works part-time at WageWorks. Welcome!
