Worship during Lent:
On Wednesday, March 6,
we will have a light supper at 6:30 PM followed by worship at 7:15 PM. Our guest speaker is Pastor Steve Dambra from our Odyssey service.
 Easter Flowers: If you would like to purchase flowers in honor or memory of someone, please complete the form found on the kiosk.
Girl Scout Sunday: On Sunday, March 10, 2013, Girl Scouts will be participating as greeters, ushers, acolyte, readers, and/or coffee hostesses at both services. Any girl scout wishing to participate in this event can contact either Denise Hayest (223-5513;dh526@frontiernet.net) or Jessica Morsey (223-745; morsey@optonline.net.)
Coffee Hour Volunteers Needed: We are looking for volunteers to serve (not make) coffee following both Sunday services. Help us fill up March and April by signing up at the kiosk, or check off your connection card. Seder: Please join us on Saturday, March 23rd at 5:00 PM for an authentic Judeo-Christian Seder in the Fellowship Hall. Eryn Black, from Chosen People Ministries, will be our honored guest presenter of "Messiah in the Passover Banquet." Free-will offering at the table. New ChristCare Group: Men's ChristCare group beginning, Friday, March 1,
7:30 AM at Pastor Holbrook's house (9 Sachs Court, Hopewell Junction). Study to be either the book of Romans or Revelation using Gene Peterson's book Reversed Thunder.
Marathon Men/Women: A ChristCare group will begin March 2 for those who hope to run their first (or fiftieth) marathon in 2013. We are aiming for the Hartford Marathon, October 12, 2013. Warren Jee and Steve Dambra will be the trainers. We will meet weekly on Saturdays at the rail trail, time TBD.
Children at the Table: Children who have expressed faith in Jesus Christ and would like to share in communion are invited to attend "Children at the Table" classes. Love INC Job Posting: Love INC has a part-time position available. Details are on the bulletin board posting outside the church ofifce.
Easter Dawn Breakfast: The first meeting of the Easter Dawn Breakfast Team will be Sunday, 3/3 at 12pm in Room F.
ECUADOR 2013 Summer Mission Trip: This trip is tentatively scheduled for the first week of August. Please contact Nelson or Susan Nieves at 592-0764; suzyn6@yahoo.com. if you are interested in going.
Food Pantry - Thank you for your continued support of the Fishkill Food Pantry. Your donations are helping families throughout the local Hudson Valley area.
