Get ready for the last two Sunday farmers' markets
Season closes Oct 12th

10/5 - Pumpkin Carving - featuring Earth Winds Farm and Liberty Farm with carving and pie pumpkins straight from the field to your market.


10/12th - Apple Pie Cook Off - featuring local Philmont restaurant chefs in a blind selection - Vanderbilt Hotel and Main St. Public House have entered.  Check next week to see more.  Enter your pie to see how you stack up in comparison!  Open to all chefs, bakers, and community members!  Prize for the Best Apple Pie - a harvest basket of over $50 of Philmont Farmers' Market pasture fed meats, root vegetables, health, beauty & home products, seasonal gifts, doggie treats, a bubble wand for the kids, and more! Download the entry form. Turn up with your pie at 11am Sunday Oct 12th.  Tasting, Judging & Awards will begin at 12noon.

Remainders of pies will be offered for purchase at $2.50 per slice
with a scope of vanilla ice cream. 1.00pm-2.00pm celebrating the season closing.
