Decentralized integration of safety switches and sensor
The decentralized Flexi Loop integration design enables cost-saving cascading of safety switches and sensors within a machine module as well as setting up extensive diagnostic options.
The use of Flexi Loop allows integrating cost-efficiently up to eight sensor cascades with up to 32 dual-channel safety switches and safety sensors each via unshielded 5-core standard cables and standard M12 connector technology. This is technically and economically interesting with regard to machines and plants featuring a large number of places to monitor.
Compatible with all sensors from other manufacturers
The most powerful code reading algorithms for Direct Part Marks (DPM) and label-based applications
DataMan® 8050 decodes challenging 2-D DPM codes as well as 1-D and 2-D barcodes with incredible speed under the harshest factory floor conditions; even if it's damaged, smudged, scuffed or poorly marked.
With field interchangeable communication modules, one reader can be configured to meet your specific communication needs.
Readers are available with both corded and wireless modules and are offered at an economical price point.
While the MX80 is small in size, it is large on performance and reliability. All key components are 'built-in", residing within the body of the stage that provide a clean looking, reliable, unobstructed packaage.
At the heart of the MX80 is an innovative non-contact linear servo motor. This direct drive motor has been optimized for force, speed and acceleration, to deliver outstanding performance and response.
Selectable resolutions range from 10 nanometers to 5 microns
