| Delta Tau Power PMAC Controller | | Power PMAC Offers EtherCAT real-time motion control
The Power PMAC EtherLite controller from Delta Tau is a compact, conveniently packaged, dedicated controller for driving either EtherCAT real-time motion (servo) and I/O Networks. The controller communicates to the host PC via Ethernet, or operates standalone, while providing a single-wire connection to any EtherCAT drive, I/O or other peripheral devices. 
Power PMAC not only enables a variety of apparently disparate motor drives to be linked on a common network, but also any other I/O at the same time. In fact, Power PMAC forms the EtherCAT Master removing the need for separate motion control and network controllers.
The Power PMAC CPU is the most powerful and most flexible controller that Delta Tau presently offers, now intergrated into this compact, panel mount format. The Power PMAC UMAC CPU can control up to 256 axes, whether through direct local control, or distributed control over a MACRO fiber optic ring, or over an EtherCAT network.
