Our phone has been ringing off the hook and our email inboxes are full of requests about Valentine's Day and February classes (with January's calendar not even half over!) so we're delighted to announce this very special event FIRST to our newsletter community!

 

Valentine's Day Class * With Chef John Walls

Saturday, February 14th, 6:30PM

 

Spend a delicious evening in the Well Seasoned kitchen....this is a demonstration class with fantastic wine pairings. Sure to be a special, tasty night out with your best date! On the menu;

  • Fresh Shucked Oyster with mignonette and Moscato Foam
  • Maxima Salad - green beans, shallots, tomatoes, crème fraîche and shaved parmesan over a bed of greens
  • Tomato Brie Tart with balsamic reduction
  • Pan Seared Scallops with cauliflower caper puree and braised leeks
  • Chocolate Mousse - a rich Belgian chocolate mousse with a candied orange zest tuile and Cadillac foam

Chef Chris loves his dog Stella & wants to make sure she is getting the best food & nutrition she can. An easy way to do that is to make your own doggie snacks at home in your own kitchen with fresh, whole ingredients. 

 

100% of the proceeds from this class will be donated to the Langley Animal Protection Society.
