Several objective factors are considered in creating classes:

• Ability levels
• Academic and/or behavioral needs
• Gender

Three additional factors are considered as well. We ask parents to provide if we do not know already:

•  Medical, emotional, academic or social needs
•  History of working/playing unproductively with a specific child
•  Any unique situation

You may notice the form does not prompt you to request a specific teacher. We have found over time the other criteria we request provides better matches between children and teachers.

We accept input via the attached link Craig Class Placement Form until Friday, March 25, 2016. Then, class lists are reviewed from a variety of perspectives before they are finalized.
