Our Condolences

 

Murray Rosen, husband of Estelle Rosen, and longtime member of Temple Beth El died on Thursday, June 5,2014. The funeral will be held at the Hebrew Cemetery at 12:30 pm on Sunday, June 8, 2014. The family will be gathering at the home of Estelle Rosen on Sunday evening, June 8th, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm (4113 Columbine Circle, Charlotte 28211).

 

Sheri Gaiser, sister of Brandy Bleiman, died Saturday, May 31,2014. The funeral will be out of town later this week.

This past week, the Jewish world celebrated the holiday of Shavuot, commemorating the anniversary of the day God gave the Torah to the entire nation of Israel assembled at Mount Sinai. Introducing our Kiddush Wine Bar & Shabbat Casual Zone - Join us for a nosh, wine and then a relaxed summer worship service.  Part of the David Silverman Social Hall will be set up as our Shabbat Casual Zone including tables for sitting and eating and a dedicated space for families with young children with books and crafts for the little ones.
