Beth El to Help Lead International Mission to Celebrate Women of the Wall's 25th Anniversary and to Promote Pluralism in Israel

For 25 years, a group called Women of the Wall have been praying at the Western Wall on Rosh Chodesh (at the start of each new Hebrew month) and fighting for things we take for granted such as having women lead prayer services, read from Torah and wear a tallit. Join Rabbi Schindler on an international mission from October 30th to November 7th.  Registration forms are due July 15h. For more information Click Here.

Amid the majesty of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, the perfect place for introspection, community and learning, participants will explore this year's theme, Re-New, Re-Jew: New Views of Jews. Through traditional text study as well as innovative and creative workshops, participants will explore such questions as "Who is a Jew? Where Does God Fit In or Not Fit Into Our Lives? and How Do We Define a Jewish Family in Today's Society? "
