Be the first to sample Passover Wines and delicious hors d'oeuvres at Vintner's Wine Market at the Arboretum.

March 16th (Same time as the Katanty 2-3 and 4-5 Youth events) from 3:30-5:30 pm.

A 10% portion of the proceeds from Beer or Wine bottle sales goes to Temple Beth-El.

Our Condolences

Lonie Kahn, longtime member of Temple Beth El, died Tuesday, February 26, 2013.  A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 1, 2013 at 11:15 am at Temple Beth El.

NFTY-SAR Hatikvah Kallah is Coming to Charlotte!

200+ teens are going to arrive at TBE for the weekend of March 8-10, 2013 for a regional convention for 6th-8th grade youth group members. WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!  We need host families to house the visitors, and volunteers for other activities. Learn to Read Hebrew Morning & Evening Classes

TBE to Sponsor CHARLOTTE JEWISH FILM FESTIVAL Screening

 "A Bottle in the Gaza Sea" Sunday, March 10th, 7:00pm, $10, Regal Ballantyne Village

 

In this thought-provoking film based on a novel with the same title, a message in a bottle leads to an engrossing e-mail exchange between a 17-year-old Israeli girl and 20-year-old Palestinian boy.
