Jerusalem Stone Update
You may remember that we gave a large portion of the unused stone from our project to the Lake Norman Jewish Congregation to be used in the building they purchased for their synagogue. For the remaining stone, we have been working with two candidates for Eagle Scout who have proposed two projects for the meditation garden area. One project is being approved now and we expect it to be completed this summer. We are waiting on the timeline from the other scout for his project. Between the two scouts, essentially all of the stone will be used.
Signs identify the site as "Eagle Scout Project in Progress" so everyone driving by will know that it will indeed be put to good use. |
