The Giving Tree- There are still a few hearts on the tree. Take this opportunity to help someone less fortunate. Gift Wrapping- Help us wrap the Giving Tree gifts at Temple on Sunday, 12/16 during Religious School (9am-12pm). Bring your wrapping paper & tape with you!
Join Temple Beth El's Chevra Kaddishah Attend a training session on January 27 and learn more about the holy ritual of preparing our congregation's dead for burial.
Room in the Inn- There are opportunities to help our homeless neighbors in the months of December, January, February and March!

Shari Hackman, our Membership Co-Director for the last 3 and ½ years, will be leaving her position at Temple this week. Shari has been an extraordinary addition to our Temple team and has brought wisdom, compassion and creativity to our congregation. Shari will continue to be very involved in Temple life - now as a volunteer and congregant.
Janie Meyers will continue in her role as Membership Co-Director and may be reached at 704-749-3051.
We wish Shari the best in her new endeavors and value the time she gave to Temple Beth El.

Afternoon Enrichment Classes
This is a unique opportunity to enhance your child's Jewish education in a creative & fun-filled way. Classes will include a variety of activities such as arts & crafts, cooking, drama & storytelling, Israeli dancing, computer & technology, t'filah & music. NFTY-SAR Hatikvah Kallah is Coming to Charlotte!
200+ teens are going to arrive at TBE for the weekend of March 8-10, 2013 for a regional convention for 6th-8th grade youth group members. WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!
