Interfaith Memorial Service Tonight
December 4 at 7pm, Temple Beth El Hospice and Palliative Care Charlotte Region sponsors an annual Light Up a Life Interfaith Memorial Service to honor and remember the individuals and families we've served, through relevant readings, music and the lighting of candles. Learn more about this event. |

Lend a Hand- Volunteer, Donate
Join Temple Beth El's Chevra Kaddishah. Attend a training session on January 27th and learn more about this holy ritual of preparing our congregation's deceased for burial.
Room in the Inn- There are opportunities to help our homeless neighbors in the months of December, January, February and March!

The Giving Tree- Pick a heart off the tree located in the Temple Atrium and help provide a less fortunate family with food, clothing, toys and household items for the holidays. Find more information here.

Classes will include a variety of activities such as arts & crafts, cooking, drama & storytelling, Israeli dancing, computer & technology, t'filah & music. Classes will be taught by Linda Lepow, Dawn Sakai & Barbara Feld. This is a unique opportunity to enhance your child's Jewish education in a creative & fun-filled way. Religious School Fundraiser
Shop at a special Stella & Dot trunk show this Sunday, 12/9, from 8:30am- 1:30pm in the Bernstein Education building (school) lobby. When you purchase beautiful gifts for your family and yourself, you will also help raise money for our school. The Union for Reform Judaism's North American Federation of Temple Youth, (NFTY) publishes their national participation data each year. Again, LIBERTY, Temple Beth El's Senior Youth Group, ranked #1 in congregations with the most participants! We were also on the charts at #7 for congregations with the most registrations. NFTY-SAR Hatikvah Kallah is Coming to Charlotte!
200+ teens are going to arrive at TBE for the weekend of March 8-10, 2013 for a regional convention for 6th-8th grade youth group members. WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!
