Ann Levy Goldberg, sister of Mary Rothkopf, died November 6, 2012. The funeral was held in Scranton, Pa. on November 8, 2012.
Irving Schwartz, brother of Paul Stewart, died on Friday, November 9, 2012.
Gertrude Gilbert, mother of Susan Shuart, died on November 11, 2012. The funeral will be held on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at the Hebrew Cemetery at 11:30 am. There will be a shiva minyan at the home of Susan Shuart on Wednesday evening, November 14, 2012 at 8:00 pm. |

NFTY-SAR Hatikvah Kallah is Coming to Charlotte!
NFTY-SAR Hatikvah Kallah is a regional convention for 6th-8th grade youth group members from around the Southeast. 200+ teens are going to arrive at TBE for the weekend of March 8-10, 2013, and WE NEED YOUR HELP!!! Volunteer Opportunities
Sterling Elementary Emergency Needs: Boys: Pants Size 9-12, Shoes 1-5 and Jackets YL and YXL. Girls: Pants size 5/6, size 12+, ALL shoe sizes and Tops YM and YL. Canned foods such as meats/hearty stew, mac & cheese, peanut butter and canned vegetables. Donations can be dropped off at the Sterling Donation box at Temple.
Room in the Inn- There are opportunities to help our homeless neighbors in the months of December, January, February and March!
