Texcel has been running a company-wide training programme on lean manufacturing and our first two teams have laid a couple of golden eggs!
Team 2 saved over £12K on simple changes to our Surface Mount area after a time & motion study, resulting in a fantastic feeder storage system.
Whilst Team 1, using 5S principles, reduced our wire reel search times to 1/10 of the original time taken.
Well done to all! We're looking forward to further savings instigated by our talented frontline team.
