That's why we have partnered with Lean Education And Development (LEAD) to provide a comprehensive one year training programme.
With LEAD trainers alongside us throughout the process, the initiative introduces on-the-job training and development in Lean Education And Development (that's developing skills to enhance performance and improve efficiency to you and me). It'll happen throughout the business and provide our staff with lifelong learning skills, NVQ level training and valuable qualifications.
All the better to engage our staff teams in supporting our customers with an ever better service.
