The next call will be on Friday, February 14, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. ET. The topic is: It's More than Registrations: Motivating Employees to Use Transparency and Decision-Support Tools. Lisa Triplett, health & disability manager at Visant Corporation, will kick off the call by discussing Visant's approach to promoting member engagement in its decision support programs.
The Benefits Communications Benchmarking Conference Calls create a virtual roundtable for benefits communicators to share successes and challenges in engaging employees and their families in health benefits and wellness programs. The next Conference Call on Consumer-Directed Health Care topic is: Health Account Design and Funding Strategies, taking place on Tuesday, February 18, 2014 from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. ET. The Business Group team will start the call by providing an overview of large employers' approach to contributing to health savings accounts and health reimbursement arrangements, including timing, incentives and average amounts.
The Consumer-Directed Health Care (CDHC) calls provide a forum for member companies to share ideas, strategies and challenges in implementing a consumerism strategy. Each call is a facilitated, round-table discussion designed to encourage employer-to-employer dialogue. These calls are offered exclusively to HR/benefits professionals at Business Group-member companies.
