I've been asked to write some articles for a national travel industry publication which is exciting, and my book for clergy and organization leaders on the 'ins and outs' of group travel is about to go to press.

I now offer Incoming Tourism and Destination Management & Relocation services. When corporations bring key personnel to the USofA on a one to three year assignment, the employee needs assistance with tasks such as applying for a social security card, opening a bank account, leasing a home or apartment, getting furniture, enrolling children in school, leasing or purchasing a vehicle, acquiring a driver's license. Orientation to the area as to locations of houses of worship, theaters, attractions, stores is required. Cross-cultural education is also given as differences exist regarding common gestures, shopping, language, perception of time, and more. We truly live in a global society, and I am really enjoying being a Destination Services Consultant in addition to arranging custom tours and independent travel experiences.
