Greetings!

 

Welcome to the April Edition of the Volunteer E-NEWS. April 21st - 27th is National Volunteer Appreciation Week. Last year, Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Santa Rosa had over 700 volunteers contribute about 26,000 hours of volunteer service! We are very appreciative. Keep reading to find out what some of these incredible volunteers have been up to.

Meet Teresa Renner

  

For the past two years, Teresa Renner has volunteered every Monday in our Alzheimer's Respite Center, caring for our clients and helping their families in the process.

Looking to Volunteer as Part of a Group?

Whether you are part of a club, church group, or just looking for ways to get your family involved, Catholic Charities can use your help.

Volunteer groups can serve dinner at the Family Support Center, help with landscaping, or lead special projects, among other things.  

Thanks to the all the volunteer groups who made Easter at the Family Support Center so special!

Let's Celebrate!   
Heart- Annual Gathering 2013
Join us in recognizing and celebrating Catholic Charities' volunteers, supporters, and successes at our Annual Gathering on May 14th. Festivities will be held from 5:00 - 7:00 PM, dinner starts at 5:30 PM. Please RSVP no later than April 22 to Sherrie Prior. Price of admission is one canned protein to support the Rural Food Project. We hope to see you there.
