Just last night my 84 year old father asked me about the effect that the Affordable Care Act (aka "Obamacare") will have on him and his long-term care.

What I told him, and what I tell all seniors is that as a general proposition, the consequences will be very limited. However, the sickest and poorest of seniors will see an increase in the quantity of services available to them.
