Once again, it's the wonderful time of the year! First of all, we'd like to express our sincere appreciation to all Sysdyne customers. Thank you all for the trust you have given us. It's a great honor to do business with all of you.
As we celebrating the holidays, most of us are also taking a moment to look at what we have accomplished in the year of 2013. To Sysdyne, 2013 continued to be another great year. We made a new record on sales, added two major functions in ConcreteGo--quote and inventory modules and started the development of aggregate dispatch--AggregateGo, which we plan to release (Beta) in early spring. In 2014 we will continue to strengthen our service to customers while focusing on boosting our sales, especially on promoting our web-based dispatch solution, ConcreteGo and our paperless ticketing product: iSTRADA. As the industry is embracing the come-back after years of recession, we are ready to provide our state-of-the-art products to building material industry, to help more and more concrete producers to improve productivity and operation efficiency.
We also would like to take this moment to welcome our newest member of the Sysdyne family, Bill Argeros, our sales representative. Bill brings over 16 years of experience in sales and over 29 years of total business acumen and experience to Sysdyne. Prior to joining Sysdyne, Bill has served as a director at Cultec Inc that provides global stormwater management resources. While he was at Cultec, he spearheaded the company's business development in west coast and cracked the market within a year. He participated in the design, and installation of underground commercial stormwater management systems. He also served as an operation director at Avnet Computer, a company that provides PC hardware and software. Bill was born and raised in Norwalk Connecticut and has recently relocated back to Norwalk from Arizona.
