Mark Twain Triathlon
Sunday, May 3

We are just two weeks away from the 2nd annual Mark Twain Triathlon and we NEED YOUR HELP.

We are looking for a host of VOLUNTEERS to make sure that this is not only a fun, but safe event for our students and those from surrounding communities. We have an amazing 250 students participating in this year's Triathlon on Sunday, May 3 and need lots of help to ensure a successful event.

We have several specific areas and shifts to help provide adequate adult supervision at all points along the courses. Please take a moment to sign-up for one or more specific shifts via Signup Genius at www.SignUpGenius.com/go/30E0C4BAFAD23A75-twain/.

If you know of friends, neighbors, grandparents, siblings or other teens who would possibly like to volunteer to help with our Triathlon, please forward this message to them. Also, please look at the bike course on our webpage www.twaintri.org. If you or someone you know lives along the course - 3600 and 3700 blocks of Blue Bonnett and Grennoch, or up and down Braes and Sewanee between these streets - we encourage you and your neighbors to come out between 7:45 and 11:30 am to cheer on the participants. Make posters, play music, and cheer loudly!

Don't forget to stop by for coffee, cinnamon rolls, and breakfast tacos outside the school pavillion during the Triathlon. Thanks again so much for your help and support.
