An Opportunity to Show Teacher Appreciation...
We have 2 big events coming up to show our thanks to our wonderful teachers.  
Teacher Appreciation Day is Tuesday, May 3 and the Teacher Appreciation Luncheon will be June 20th. We will need lots of help so if you are interested in joining the hospitality committee,  and providing something,  please email Barbara Schiff at barbara@schiffmarketing.com.

Attention 8th Grade Parents...
We still need pictures! At this point, we are asking those who have not emailed or sent in pictures to please submit hard copies, 2"x3" in size, to school office to "Attention of Tracey Prestipino."  Any questions, please contact Tracey Prestipino at traceyprest@comcast.net.



Volunteer Clearances Update...
You will need volunteer clearances for the 2016-2017 school year for the following TEMS PTO volunteer opportunities:

 -School Store

 -Field trips

 -Spring 5th/6th grade social

What's Happening Around School...
-Attention 7th Grade Parents-
The last set of forms for Williamsburg are due Thursday, April 28th.  Students can turn the medical form in anytime to Ms. Wilson but the roommate form and bus form should be turned in with their partners to Ms. Wilson. Forms can be found on Ms. Wilson's website and anyone having difficulties finding a roommate or a bus mate should reach out to Ms. Wilson asap.  She can help solve any potential difficulties that arise.

-Yearbook Orders-
Just a few weeks left to order the 2016 Yearbook! Cost of each book is now $31. Copies are limited and will be available for purchase until Saturday, May 7, 2016. Purchases can be made through the TEMS website, atwww.jostens.com, or by Mrs. Matilla in Room 204. (Only checks made payable to TREDYFFRIN-EASTTOWN MIDDLE SCHOOL will be accepted for in-school orders).

-Parking and Traffic Flow Safety-
Please drive slowly and carefully during student drop-off and pick-up times; parking in a designated spot or pulling up as far as possible to allow traffic to flow behind you. Please do not try to pass other moving vehicles, which causes unsafe conditions. Drop-off and pick-up may occur in the parking lots off Conestoga Road and Old Lancaster Road, and on the school side of Howellville Road. At no time should students be dropped off at the District Network Operation Building. No vehicles are permitted in the bus circle or fire lanes at any time. Thank you for helping create the safest conditions possible for our students.

-Intent to Return-
We are in the process of planning for the next school year In order to be sure we have an accurate student count at each grade level, we would like to know your plans for the coming year. The letters linked below were sent home with your student on Thursday, March 31. They need to be completed and returned to their homeroom teacher by Friday, April 8. If your student has misplaced the letter, please take a moment to complete the appropriate one and return it to their homeroom.
