'Grow' Your Email List at Trade Shows
Research indicates that approximately 50% of people will sign-up for your newsletter...if asked. Why ask? Because permission-based email lists are not only the best way to grow your list and result in the most active readers, it also ensures you are complying with the law.
Looking for ways to grow your list? Trade shows present great opportunities to grow your list and to begin to build new relationships. If you have a booth display, do more than simply have a sign-up sheet. Consider displaying a 'Text to Sign-up' code and/or a QR code.
Attending but not displaying? No problem...have some business card size flyers handy to pass to interested parties. Invite individuals to learn more about your business and to receive exclusive offers. All you have to do is...ask. Read more ways to grow your list.

Content Management...Made Easy
Content delivery influences your business on multiple levels. It supports your marketing goals, helps you to build and expand your social networking communities, and communicates a meaningful message relative to your audiences.
Follow these 5 steps for successful management and distribution of your content:
- Define your audience(s) and all team players, including any third party assistance.
- Write key SMART goals that are aligned with your overall strategy.
- Keep a simple content tracker to brainstorm ideas.
- Use a detailed content tracker to track what content to create, who is accountable, how to distribute and the general time-frame for delivery.
- Fill in a content management calendar to plan the overall structure of your content distribution. Fill in your primary content distribution at least 3 months in advance. Include other distribution channels on a weekly basis to allow for last minute changes.
