  1. Set measurable sales goals

    success when you dream

  2. Make yourself and your team accountable by sharing your goals
  3. Create a tracking system to measure yourself against your goals
  4. Set a weekly behavior goal for asking for introductions, setting appointments and networking

 Provide Great Customer Service
Sometimes we take for granted that providing great customer service is a natural habit that every business owner and their teams know and practice.  But in reality, with the rush of life, we sometimes lose track of the basics...and this can COST YOUR BUSINESS!

In the allBusiness.com article, Ten Rules for Great Customer Service, you are reminded how to provide great service to your customers. Here are a few of the tips from the article:
  • Commit to Quality Service...and make sure your team knows their level of authority in resolving issues.
  • Know your products...and make sure your team does too.  Provide quality FAQs to your team.
  • Always provide what you promise.
  • Focus on customers, not sales. Satisfied customers stay on board.
  • Never argue with a customer.

Community Focus

The Bradley Center is a residential treatment facility for children and adolescents suffering from severe psychological and emotional trauma.  The children live at this residential home for an average of 8 - 10 months.

At times, children come to The Bradley Center with nothing more than the clothes on their back.  The "Spread the Cheer All Year" Program helps provide children with the basic needs for every day.  Your donations will go far to purchase everything from coloring books and crayons to shoes, socks and undergarments.

To help, please contact Karen Zimmerman, Community Relations Coordinator, at 412-788-8219.  The Bradley  Center is nationally accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.  If you are interested in learning more about The Bradley Center or to find volunteer opportunities visit
