Please join us on August 8th and 9th to help celebrate National Health Center Week (August 5-August 11)! We are joining Community Health Centers nationwide to showcase our highly-effective model of care and focus attention on a system that is transforming health care delivery and positively impacting our communities.
- In Waltham, come visit our Family Health Fair! Kids, bring a favorite stuffed animal to our Teddy Bear Clinic!
- In Allston, families are welcome to visit our Men's Health Fair. Also, come pre-register your child for the Back to School Celebration at the TD Garden!
Both sites will also feature Voter Registration Tables organized by MassVote, health insurance information, health screenings and much more. Come mingle with neighbors and elected officials and celebrate the power of community health! |
