It's a Bonanza! (Environment Rating Scale Bonanza)
|
 In the new SUTQ Program Standards, you will need to select & use a self-assessment tool to evaluate your childcare or early education classrooms. But, you must also be trained to use & score it correctly. The CCRC offers you a SPECIAL training day to meet this SUTQ program standard. All childcare & education professionals are invited:
- Family Childcare Providers
- Infant & Toddler Caregivers/Teachers
- Preschool Teachers
- School Age & Youth Program Staff/Teachers
- Administrators/Directors
Join us on Saturday, September 14 from 9:00-3:00 pm @ Lorain County Community College, Spitzer Conference Center. Boxed Lunch Provided! Child Development In-service Hours...SUTQ Approved! Working with Children & Planning Their Day (Curriculum/Assessment)

 A NEW training series on Curriculum & Assessment was created just for you to help plan activities & work with children. It is helpful to all early childhood professionals, including family childcare providers, infant/toddler, preschool & school age staff, and directors/administrators. They are also suitable for those just starting out or who have more experience planning for children.- Walk away with new ideas to plan your day & offer activities
- Learn to create an appropriate setting
- Develop the skills to observe children & document growth/learning
- Learn to share information with families on their child's progress
All these trainings count for Child Development training and are SUTQ approved. Sessions start this July! |

Directors/Administrators! Earn the new Administrator's Credential
|

Have you heard the news? Ohio now has an Administrator Credential to recognize the higher expertise of selected early childhood directors.
The CCRC is now offering 75 hours of the Ohio's Successful Leadership Series to support you in earning the Ohio Administrator Credential. You are also invited to take any of these training sessions even if you are not currently seeking a credential. Each SUTQ approved session provides 25 hours of training!
