The Milk Cap Color Gap

A purple cap always means skim milk, right? Wrong! There is no standardized color-coding system for milk caps. Each dairy and vendor chooses their own color scheme for caps, and they are NOT all the same. A purple cap can mean skim, 1% or neither one. Sometimes skim milk has a green cap. Organic milks and non-dairy milks also have different colored caps. Don't rely on cap colors to know what kind of milk you are buying or have in your refrigerator. Read the label on the front of the milk jug.

Special instructions to register for the March 23, 2013 Ready or Not Here They Come Conferenceregister now

We realize you have become used to registering and paying for other CCRC trainings through the Ohio Professional Registry.  However, registration for the March 23rd Ready or Not Here They Come is not through the Registry.  At this time, the Registry does not have an easy method for training organizations to conduct registration tasks.  (We are actually encouraged not to use the Registry for conference registration at this time for this reason).  So, the CCRC has selected an online event planning site to share the March 23rd conference and let you register and pay for it.

Lorain County's CHILDREN'S DEVELOPMENTAL CENTER
