FREE preschool vision screening training and equipment offered!
Prevent Blindness Ohio is pleased to let you know about our Spring 2013 schedule of preschool vision screening trainings. These trainings are
free of charge, thanks to a grant from the Save Our Sight Fund, and are appropriate for health care and allied healthcare professionals, child care/day care providers, school nurses, public health professionals and community volunteers to attend. Upon successful completion of the training, each individual/organization is eligible to receive a
free
set of vision screening equipment (over a $300 value).
This Spring, we are holding trainings in Akron, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, and Toledo. Individuals can register by mail, fax or on the internet at: www.WiseAboutEyes.org.

NEW PROCESS FOR REQUESTING CEU'S
It is now easier than ever to request CEUs! Request, pay for and print your certificate right from your own computer...No more waiting on "snail mail"! Just follow these two simple steps:
- Submit your request on OPDN, when registering for your training. You will pay the $10.00 CEU fee along with any training fees when checking out
- Once you have completed your training, log into your OPDN account and print your certificate
It's that simple! So don't forget to submit your request when registering for your next CEU eligible training!
