Vol. 5, Issue: 1
January 2013

Greetings!

Happy New Year! We're kicking off 2013 with a seminar and tour of our available apartment homes. Join us and learn how to Live Efficiently: Less Stuff, More Freedom.

If you're seriously considering a move to Emerald Heights, be sure to ask about our special pricing available on select, one-bedroom homes when you reserve by March 30.

While you're on campus, you might notice a few workers in hard hats. They're busy constructing our new Pavilion and implementing other Master Plan upgrades.

Resident blogger Marilyn Farrell celebrates her five-year anniversary since moving to Emerald Heights next month and takes some time to reflect on her time here.

Finally, if moving to Emerald Heights might be in your future, be sure to get the latest about our Trailside Building and how to join our Trailblazer 2014 club. We are more than 75% reserved and anticipate construction this spring. Pre-construction pricing expires February 28!

Enjoy.

  • Collecting experiences rather than stuff.

Then, join us for a tour of our available homes.

Auditorium rendering

Our campus renovation continues,
inside and out!

Construction crews are hard at work on our Redmond campus, preparing the centrally-located Pavilion for its grand opening this April. This completely new building will offer flexible meeting space to meet the community's wide-ranging needs. Movable room partitions will allow two Game Rooms to be combined with a larger meeting space (the New Emerald Room). When combined, the large space will accommodate seating for approximately 260 for meetings and performances or banquet seating for approximately 240. An adjacent Audio Visual room will house the resident-run in-house TV Channel. An entry gallery will connect the Pavilion to both the new Fitness Center and the main Living Room, and will open out onto a new landscaped courtyard.

We are also preparing for our corridor renovation project for all the residential living hallways. This two-year project begins early this year with the corridors in Buildings C, D and E. Renovation in Buildings F, G and H will follow.
