MEMBER NEWS & ACHIEVEMENTS

CM Judge - GALA Featured Artist - GALA Art Center, Gardner MA
GALA is proud to present our Featured Artist for February, C.M. Judge.  C.M. is an intermedia artist -- one who realizes work by utilizing a variety of materials, techniques and technologies.  Ms. Judge's work has been exhibited here in the U.S., Europe and Japan.
Her work celebrates the multifaceted connections between body, spirit and environment. She lives and works in an 1889 granite and brick school building in Fitchburg, MA.

Ms. Judge states: "Art is spirit made visible--- my art making, whether drawing, painting, collage, video or installation involves "prayerful illumination" -- those moments where the veil of common understanding is swept away by beauty, goodness or truth revealing a sacred reality."

Her installation, Vessels, will be on display at the GALA Art Center through March 1.  Gallery Hours.  Read more about C. M. Judge on her website:   www.cmjudge.com.
