February 7th we will again be hosting a very special workshop with crochet instructor Dara Weyna. This is a workshop near and dear to Dara's heart, as it is based upon a project she launched a few years ago, following the death of her grandmother. The project is called You are Loved, and is, in a nutshell, about spreading love, sharing stories & giving from the heart. Dara has given hearts to friends in need of a little cheering up, oncology departments in hospitals, and to complete strangers!
In Dara's own words, "These small, crocheted hearts send a big message: we are all loved by someone in this world. The sole purpose of this project is to spread that love and to remind people of this powerful force that can transform our lives"

Attendees must have some crocheting experience. Dara will assist in the heart construction, but will not be able to help absolute beginners. Please bring worsted weight yarn- acrylic is actually the best choice for this project and G or H hooks. We will have some extra yarn for those who need it.
This workshop will take place from 2:00-4:00pm on Sunday February 7th, and is free of cost! Please do call to reserve your spot though, as we can only host a limited number.
