Yarns on First
We are keeping very busy here at Yarns on First, as we barrel towards the holiday season! New yarn seems to arriving almost daily, our fingers just itching to knit with all of it! We have also added some new classes and workshops, so check out the listings below and don't miss out!

Announcing the arrival of Meadow, the newest yarn from one of our favorites, The Fibre Company.

Meadow is a lovely laceweight blend of four unique, luxurious fibers, merino, baby llama, silk, and linen. The merino and llama provide softness and bounce, the silk sheen and drape, and the linen a crisp hand and lovely stitch definition. At 549 yards per skein, Meadow is slightly heavier than typical laceweight, and perfect for a number of needle sizes.
In conjuction with the release of Meadow comes a gorgeous new pattern collection by Grace Anna Farrow. The Allium Collection groups together 8 original shawl designs that are elegant to wear and inspiring to knit, their construction both unexpected and simplistic at the same moment. Our favorites?
