PATCHOGUE, NY - July 16, 2013 - The Patchogue Arts Council and Roast Coffee & Tea Trading Co. is proud to present the work of Kristen Hadjoglou on display at the PAC Members Gallery at Roast. The exhibit will be on display from August 1 to September 19 with a reception on August 4 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM. The event is free and open to the public.

Kristen Hadjoglou is a fine artist from Eastport, NY, and has had her work on display in galleries across Long Island. Her subjects focus on the fleeting moments of time where she finds hints of who she was in that moment and that moment's impact on her life. By working in an organic style, she finds a way of keeping the soul of the painting intact, allowing an emphasis on the pertinent information to remain in the forefront.
"The physical timeline of building the piece is evident in the final presentation, and the painting remains an object that is approachable by the viewer."
