The Huntington Arts Council compiled a list of resources for artists in need due to Sandy that you can access by viewing their newsletter here. In addition, New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA) announced the creation of an emergency relief fund to support individual artists in all disciplines impacted by Hurricane Sandy. The application is available at www.nyfa.org and www.artspire.org, and submissions will be accepted on a rolling basis. The program will be open to artists residing in Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York.
Greetings!

  • The first exciting South Shore Music Festival
  • The continuation of our collaboration with Herstory Writers Workshop
  • Another year filled with current, contemporary visual arts hosted at the Patchogue Arts Gallery and Lobby Arts Gallery
  • And much, much more!

If you are unable to attend the December 8th event, please consider making a tax deductible donation, renew your membership, or become a new member!  Thank you for all you do to help the Patchogue Arts Council fulfill its mission to support, promote, and encourage the arts.

Patchogue Sketch Club
The Patchogue Sketch Club was created for the purpose of getting people together to discover the value of sketching. Sketching itself is its own art form, sketching helps artists "see" better and enhances drawing skills. Sketching is also a fun way of recording the world around us much more intimately than a camera.

For more information about upcoming sketch outings and gatherings visit their blog at
