1. Welcome to the NEW fairviewparkschools.org  

As you may have noticed by now, the district has recently launched a new district website at fairviewparkschools.org. The new site was created to provide a more user-friendly platform in which to promote our students and their achievements as well as provide up-to-date and relevant information for parents and families. Stay tuned as we work to further enhance our web presence with new student projects and achievements! 

2. Community Forum set for Superintendent Search 
The FPCS Board of Education has contracted with the Ohio School Boards Association (OSBA) to assist us with our search for a new superintendent. In our effort to make the best possible selection, we are asking for community input during a special community focus group session on Tuesday, March 4, at 7:30 p.m. in the FHS Auditorium. 3. Kindergarten registration event taking place March 5 
Join us for Kindergarten Registration on Wednesday, March 5, 2014.

4. Early Education Center launches Twitter Account   
The EEC is now on Twitter! Stay up to date on Early Education Center school news and events @FPCS_EEC. For school closings and other timely communication, please remember to follow the district Twitter account at @FPSchools.

5. Girls Basketball team is up for Team of the Week Award 

The Girls Basketball team has been nominated for for the Ohio National Guard JJHuddle Ohio High School Girls Team of the Week Award! The Warriors beat Clearview to win the PAC championship and claim the first girls basketball league title in school history. Fairview, 16-3 overall, has won 15 straight games.
