Every mom, whether you stay at home with the kids, work full time or any combination of the two, has the right to look great. One sure way to do that is by rocking a few of the latest trends while still making them your own. I'm thrilled to share some of my favorite fall fashion trends and finds. Hopefully they will either inspire your current wardrobe or be the catalyst for your next shopping splurge!

Something that instantly comes to mind when people speak of Halloween is pumpkins. Now that this holiday is fast approaching, it's always a great idea to decorate some eerily etched pumpkins outside your house. But before throwing away the meat just yet, why not cook your own delicious pumpkin soup for a truly spooky holiday?

MCM Kids Run
Sign up the kids for the super fun running extravaganza held the day prior to the Marine Corps Marathon on Saturday, Oct. 24 in the Pentagon North parking lot. The MCM Kids Run presented by Virginia529 hosts young runners ages 5-12 for a one-mile all-out effort that features mascots, Marines and a family festival with healthy snacks, fitness challenges, educational exhibits and exciting activities. Registration is still open and includes a participant T-shirt, awesome medal, snacks at the finish provided by Sodexo and more.
