Point Loma Cluster Schools Internet Safety Presentation

The Point Loma Cluster highly encourages you to join us for a night about Internet Safety. "You don't know what you don't know."

Thursday, February 20th from 6pm-7:30pm
PLNU Liberty Station Conference Center
2600 Laning Road
San Diego, CA 92106

The Internet is an amazing place where kids like to spend lots of time socializing and exploring. Unfortunately, they often encounter too much too soon. The San Diego Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (SD-ICAC) and the San Diego Police Foundation are providing tools to help families manage their online lives. Learn about Snapchat, Instagram, KiK, Facebook, Ask.FM, Whisper and more. Parents and guardians of kids in 3-12th grade are invited to attend this important community event at the PLNU Liberty Station Conference Center. For more information click HERE.
From the District - Working Together for Quality Schools in Every Neighborhood
Vision 2020 Forums

The Board of Education and Superintendent Cindy Marten invite all stakeholders to a series of neighborhood meetings to Dream Big together for the future of our schools. We are committed to having clear, long-term priorities based on our Vision 2020. We believe that when our priorities are inspired and informed by our parents, students, and teachers, we will have important information for long-range planning with students at the center. These forums will yield a clear and collective sense of our District-wide long-term priorities.

The "Vision 2020 Forums: What Kinds of Schools Do We Want" series offer parents, staff, students, and community members an opportunity to give input to the superintendent and the board members on priorities for our students and schools.
