MCKS Twin Hearts Meditation

Third Thursday
Meditation on Twin Hearts is an advanced meditation technique aimed at achieving illumination or universal consciousness. It is also an instrument of world and community service that eventually harmonizes the earth by blessing it with loving-kindness, peace, joy and goodwill.
Please arrive by 6:45 pm for a brief introduction. Promptly at 7:00 pm, the doors will be shut and we will begin with some light physical exercises. Master Choa Kok Sui will guide us in blessing the earth with the Meditation on Twin Hearts which lasts about 30-45 minutes. Following the meditation there will be time for those who wish to ask questions and/or share their experiences.

Arhatic Yoga Practice

Arhatic Yoga Meditations are powerful meditations that rapidly and safely accelerate the spiritual development of the practitioner. "Arhatic" derives from the word "arhat", which means "a highly evolved being." An Arhat is one who through diligent practice of yogic techniques and purposeful character building has overcome the impurities of desire and will. Please arrive by 8:45am for energy purifying physical and breathing exercises. We will then begin our meditation at 9:00 am or shortly thereafter which will include one of Master Choa Kok Sui's guided Arhatic Meditations. Following the meditation there will be time for those who wish to ask questions and/or share experiences.

Wesak - A Sacred Gathering of Souls
 On April 21, 2016, Pranic Healing of San Diego held a Wesak celebration at its Center.
Wesak is that time of the year to celebrate the full moon of the Lord Buddha that marks His birth, enlightenment and death. During Wesak, the Lord Buddha's energies, combined with the Christ's energies, pour down on humanity to uplift our consciousness. It is a sacred time to connect with ourselves, our loved ones and humanity.
For ourselves, the Wesak is about searching and making a connection to our innermost Self.... our Inner Light that illuminates our bodies and minds, connecting us ever so subtly and intimately to others. During this time the energies of the Buddha and the Christ pour down on each human Light all over the world. By consciously meditating and connecting to these spiritual energies, we see our Inner Light more clearly and hear Its voice more clearly. We become more receptive to Its guidance.
When we participate in the Wesak meditation, we also connect to a global gathering of Lights, whose collective consciousness absorbs the spiritual energies and distributes them all around the world. Together we bring compassion, peace and joy to every person in the world.
 We gathered at our healing center, quietly preparing ourselves with physical and breathing exercises. When the appointed time arrived, we entered to begin the Oms with Master Choa for further purification and refinement of our energies. The holiness of this event was further enhanced by a darkened room, lit only by the flickering candles on the various altars that held the statues of Lord Buddha and Lord Kuan Yin. It was as if we were in a sacred temple and all time stood still.
 As we meditated that night, blessing the world with Master Choa Kok Sui, there was such a charging throughout the group, that we all experienced tears welling up. No one wanted to leave. It was as if a portal opened up, allowing an immense downpour of energy and special blessings to come through. It was a night where we as healers were regenerated to carry out our work. We as teachers received guidance and tools to assist others. It was a night of worship, healing, connecting, uniting and experiencing the vastness and beauty of the Divine that emanated from these Great Beings. It left us in deep gratitude, joy and bliss, as well as a renewed commitment to serve the Divine. Blessings of Divine Light and Love, Mary |
