MCKS Twin Hearts Meditation

Always the First &
Third Thursday
Meditation on Twin Hearts is an advanced meditation technique aimed at achieving illumination or universal consciousness. It is also an instrument of world and community service that eventually harmonizes the earth by blessing it with loving-kindness, peace, joy and goodwill.
Please arrive by 6:45 pm for a brief introduction. Promptly at 7:00 pm, the doors will be shut and we will begin with some light physical exercises. Master Choa Kok Sui will guide us in blessing the earth with the Meditation on Twin Hearts which lasts about 30-45 minutes. Following the meditation there will be time for those who wish to ask questions and/or share their experiences.

We meet monthly to enhance what we have learned in the formal classes. If you want information or have questions about Pranic Healing or different protocols, this is the forum to ask them.

Arhatic Yoga Practice
(Must have taken
Arhatic Preparatory - see below if your are interested in learning Arhatic Yoga)
Every Tuesday Morning 8:45AM to 11:00AM
Arhatic Yoga Meditations are powerful meditations that rapidly and safely accelerate the spiritual development of the practitioner. "Arhatic" derives from the word "arhat", which means "a highly evolved being." An Arhat is one who through diligent practice of yogic techniques and purposeful character building has overcome the impurities of desire and will. Please arrive by 8:45am for energy purifying physical and breathing exercises. We will then begin our meditation at 9:00 am or shortly thereafter which will include one of Master Choa Kok Sui's guided Arhatic Meditations. Following the meditation there will be time for those who wish to ask questions and/or share experiences.

As we approach this Holy Season, we find that among all the festivities and holiday cheer, Christmas holds secrets. But it takes a quieting to see them, isolating ourselves from the fanfare. In that silence we begin to see that Christmas has presents for us.
The first present is that we are once again alive to celebrate Christmas, when some we know didn't make it this year. Christmas has even more presents for us. We get to see that we are not alone. We have family and friends who make us laugh, spouses, lovers, and colleagues who care and support us. Even opponents and rivals keep us alert and on track. We are surrounded by remarkable people.
But the most important present that Christmas has for us is that it sends us in pursuit of the secrets of God. Christmas is less of a finding then a seeking. It's an exploration of the mysteries of God. It's only when we consciously carve out a space for the Holy that the deeper mysteries of the season reveal themselves. Something happens in that quiet place, in that solitude of the Soul where we are grounded and connected to the Divine Within, preparing us for a most mystical Christmas. This is the greatest present that Christmas bestows upon us.
We at Pranic Healing of San Diego are so very grateful for having served you this past year with healings, classes, clinics, meditations and study groups. We are so thankful for all the effort, time, and support you have given us which directly and indirectly supports our ability to continue. We wish for you a most colorful, shimmering, and joyful Holy Season. May this be a special time of renewal, connecting with others, laughing, learning, sharing, and most of all, allowing quiet time with the Soul.

We are blessed this holiday season to have Dr. Mary Clark teach Pranic Crystal Healing and Psychic Self Defense in a weekend. Register now for the December 5, 6, and 7th once a year special event to learn the techniques of Crystal Healing and Psychic Self Defense. More information is provided below in this newsletter.
A quick business note, the Healing clinic in Encinitas normally on the third Saturday is cancelled this month. Please feel free to attend the clinic at Questhaven the first Sunday of December 7th.
