The Wesak Meditation in San Diego was wonderful!
On Wednesday, May 14th, Pranic Healing of San Diego held a beautiful Wesak Meditation honoring the Wesak Full Moon. This full moon is the most powerful full moon of the year and celebrates the birth, enlightenment and mahasamadhi of Gautama Buddha all of which fall on this date. The Wesak Celebration happened to coincide with the wildfires that broke out in North San Diego County. Despite the growing fires, many people came to join their hearts with other spiritual groups gathered worldwide to receive and carry the powerful Buddha energy and blessings of Love, Light and Wisdom around the Earth. During the guided meditation (which was led via video by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui), there was a down pouring of Divine spiritual energy. After the meditation we utilized this Divine energy and invoked for all fires to be quickly and successfully extinguished, that all who were affected be made safe, and that all firefighters and first responders be protected. We wish to tha nk Natalya Blaze for doing such a wonderful job directing this event in the absence of Dr Mary Clark. We also with to thank all those who helped us in setting up this event. But most of all we wish to thank all those who attended Wesak in the midst of rapidly spreading wildfires, intense smoke, and closed freeways that paralyzed traffic. To overcome such hurdles to honor the Buddha's Divine outpouring increased our receptivity a hundredfold. If you missed this powerful event, plan on attending Wesak next year. Look for the announcement in our newsletter and on our website www.pranichealing.com. Blessings to all, The Wesak Team |
