If you haven't downloaded the Besser App yet, I encourage you to do so. Similar to our website, our app includes equipment brochures, service bulletins, equipment manuals and general support documentation for easy access to the documents you need most. Users are able to click-to-call Besser and use a parts or technical service cam for sending pictures to easily identify parts or for assistance with technical support.

STUDENTS GRADUATE FROM CONCRETE MASONRY TECHNOLOGY
Six students from around the USA attended the Concrete Masonry Technology (CMT) at the World Center for Concrete Technology (WCCT) 12-16 October 2015. The CMT course covers all aspects of manufacturing concrete products including raw materials (cement, water, aggregate, admixtures and pigment), aggregate sieve analysis, multi-aggregate blending and mix designs.

HERNANDEZ NEW SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR CARIBBEAN AND HAITI
We're proud to announce that Wally Hernandez is our new Sales/Service Representative for producers located in the Caribbean and Haiti. He will also be assisting Dave Smith with our customers in the Southeast as well as our Besser Agents in Central America.Wally has recently relocated to Orlando, Florida from Minnesota and began his career with Besser five months ago as a Sales and Technical Service Representative.

FREE ONLINE TRAINING
As a way to exceed our customers' expectations, Besser offers free monthly online training. On 6 November, we'll cover Bottlenecks in Your Facility and How to Justify Capital Expenditures to improve facility efficiency. On 4 December, we will cover all of the basics of downtime and ways to Measure and Minimize Facility Downtime. This session will cover all aspects of downtime with plenty of group interaction on downtime and how to solve or measure.

SCHERER PRESENTS TO CIVIL ENGINEERS
Ron Scherer, Besser representative presented to graduate students at the University of Illinois - Urbana - Champaign campus (rated the second civil engineering college in the US) which consisted of the different types of concrete products such as ready mix, dry cast (block, paver, segmented retaining wall units), concrete pipe, precast and prestressed.

GETTING TO KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM: RON GUNDERMAN
"I talk to producers from all over the world from my office which is an easy, two minute commute from my home," shared Ron Gunderman, a three-year Besser veteran. His background, from an educational standpoint, with degrees in automotive related fields from Alpena Community College and Ferris State University, a career in the auto industry and an aptitude for anything mechanical and electrical, makes him an ideal fit for his role.
