 Schmidt's Retirement Prompts Promotions Tom Schmidt, Director of Pipe and Precast, retired from Besser Company on 30 June 2014. "Tom's insightful leadership has given Besser the ability to provide pipe and precast producers with the equipment, parts and attentive customer service that sets us apart from other industry suppliers," shared Kevin Curtis, President and CEO.  McNamee to Provide Support in Northeast U.S. With over 30 years of sales experience, Terry McNamee rejoined the Besser team this week. Terry started his career in the industry in 1982 working with architectural products where he was introduced to Besser at that time. In 1994 Terry began selling concrete products equipment on the east coast and his passion for supporting customers and in-depth knowledge of the industry led him to Besser initially in December 2006.  Wilkinson to Lead Mold Team We are pleased to announce that Ryan Wilkinson has been promoted to Engineering Manager - Molds. Ryan has worked as a mechanical engineer at our Holland (now Zeeland), Michigan facility for 15 years. In 2009, he transitioned to our Mold group, learning details of Mold engineering.
