Quick-Change Bell Packer 
We added a new quick-change feature to the Besser hydraulic bell packer assembly which provides producers with improved quality and efficiency in their pipe operation.
Rapid changeover of quick-change turning and vibrating standards is now possible due to the user-friendly design of the bell packer upper vibrator plate. Another benefit is increased transfer of vibration from the bell packer to the socket curing pallet, further improving consolidation.
The hydraulic bell packer is standard on new Bidirectional Pipe Machines or the assembly may be purchased as a conversion for any existing McCracken, Hydrotile or other packerhead pipe machine.

Troubleshooting Bell Problems
One of the greatest concerns of a Packerhead pipe producer is bell quality. Most of the problems encountered can be avoided by following proper bell-making techniques. This bulletin includes a list of problems and possible causes, while not complete, it is a good starting point towards solving your bell area concerns.

Precast Pouring Bucket  Besser precast pouring buckets are available in 1, 1-1/2, 2, 2-1/2, 3, 3-1/2 and 4 yard capacities and can be custom designed to fit your application. These forms are built heavy-duty yet lightweight construction and include clamshell gates which provide accurate dispensing of concrete.
