The Executive Session is a 2-1/2 day course tailored to those new to the concrete products industry, in upper management and those not involved in the day-to-day plant operations.
Students will have an opportunity to learn more about the processes of running a block plant, how to reduce costs, increase efficiencies and improve processes. From executives to dispatchers, financial managers to sales representatives, everyone will benefit from learning more about what it takes to produce a quality concrete masonry unit. New products, programs and current issues are also discussed in a round-table format with industry executives and professionals. Tuition for this course is USD $800 and includes books and lunches.
