Greater New Haven Community Chorus is excited to be participating in the Community Foundation of Greater New Haven's The Great GiveŽ 2016, a 36 hour online giving event at giveGreater.org.  The Great Give is a national day of local giving that supports local nonprofit organizations in more than 100 communities. The event takes place from 8:00 AM May 3rd - 8:00 PM May 4th. 
 
Contributions to GNHCC during this day and a half event are a major portion of the chorus' funding. In previous years, your generous donations, amplified by additional prizes awarded by The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven, have been a major part of GNHCC's ongoing success.
 
This year, we will again be competing for a variety of bonus prizes, including competitive hourly prizes to be awarded throughout the 36-hour event.  Many of the bonus prizes GNHCC can realistically achieve are based on the number of individual donations of $25 each - not on the dollar amount.  So please help us to win those bonus prizes by asking a friend to also make a contribution to GNHCC!  In addition, donations made through The Great GiveŽ 2016 will be matched by funds from a national sponsorship pool.
 
As it has for five decades, Greater New Haven Community Chorus remains committed to sharing the unique, diverse, and deeply rewarding experience of choral music through rehearsals, performances, and choral arts education for amateur singers of all levels of ability. A community-focused, nonprofit arts organization, GNHCC is focused on community music making and arts accessibility and seeks to foster meaningful collaborations throughout the Greater New Haven community.
