Advance discounted online ticket sales for GNHCC's 2014 Spring Concert ~~ Spirit ~~ will end Friday evening, May 30 at 8:00 p.m., for our concert being held Saturday evening, May 31 at Battell Chapel on the Yale University Campus at 8:00 p.m. Tickets can be ordered and held at the Will Call window for pick up at 7:00 p.m.
Tickets may also be purchased at the door the evening of the performance.
There will be a composer's pre-concert presentation prior to the performance shortly after the doors open at 7:00 p.m. All ticket holders are invited to meetGNHCC's Artistic Director, Noah Blocker-Glynn and Jake Runestad, the composer of our 50th anniversary commissioned choral piece Voices of One and hear him speak about his conception of the piece and his method of composing.

The program will also include Benjamin Britten's Rejoice in the Lamb, featuring the GNHCC Chorus and soloists with Mark Sullivan on the great Walter Holtkamp organ under the direction of Noah Blocker-Glynn.

The GNHCC Chamber Choir will also perform works by Gerald Finzi and Frank Ticheli.

Also included on the program are choral works arranged by Connecticut composer Gwyneth Walker.
