Restaurant Menu Labelling Is it worth adding sodium to the label? With the push for nutrition labels on restaurant menus in full effect across Canada, provincial governments are looking at the best ways to encourage consumers to make healthy choices. A new study by two University of Toronto researchers has found that including sodium alongside calorie information results in even better choices than calorie labelling alone. Read more
