Bon Secours Again a Top Company for Executive Women
Bon Secours Virginia has again earned a place on the prestigious Top Non-Profit Companies for Executive Women list for 2015. This year's recognition marks the 11th time the health system has been honored by the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE), which is one of the largest women's professional associations in the United States, and Working Mother magazine.
The designation recognizes companies that "create a culture that identifies, promotes and nurtures successful women." Companies are evaluated on every aspect of women's advancement, including succession planning, profit-and-loss roles, gender pay parity, support programs and work-life balance programs.
Bon Secours Virginia receives recognition year after year because we offer leaders:

Unmatched support for work/life balance

Leadership development opportunities

Early identification and nurturing of potential leaders
