WOW Story!
Our very own Carlos Figueroa of Cadillac Roadside Assistance was recently interviewed and filmed by GM for his dedication and heroism.
During Hurricane Sandy, Carlos was called to assist a customer in an area of NYC that had been closed by NYPD. Determined to help, Carlos convinced police to let him through, reached the stranded customer and replaced the battery in her 2010 Cadillac SRX while standing in a flood area, contending with driving rain and 60-80 mph winds.

The Cadillac ELR made it's official debut on January 15th at the Detroit Auto Show to tremendous buzz and acclaim. The four-seat, range-extended electric luxury coupe is based upon the Cadillac Converj, originally introduced at the same show in 2009. Based upon speculation and spy shots, artists at CarScoop came up with this rendering of the hotly anticipated 4th generation Escalade. Though no one has seen beneath it's camouflage, rumor has it that the next gen Escalade will be less ostentatious and more tasteful, yet still packed with Cadillac technology.
